Issue/Introduction

Spectrum OneClick is hung and will not restart

Environment

Release : 21.2

Cause

available Disk was zero so tomcat shut down.

We found a 72 GB catalina.out, checked web server debug and saw various modules enabled including the 3 PM modules. 

Resolution

1. we disabled debug

2. deleted the catalina.out

3. restarted tomcat

Additional Information

We do not advise to enable any debug and leave it running without being requested to do so by Spectrum support. When support requests this debug, we always recommend to disable it as a final step, after recreating the problem and capturing it in the debug. 

This is especially true for web server debug like the Performance Manager integration which adds a huge amount of debug data in large and busy environments.
