Add full .NET support similar to Java in ACC

Issue/Introduction

Can we have full support for NET in ACC?

1. Add ACC support so user can configure the .NET agent like the Java agent.
2. Add ability to upgrade the .NET agent from ACC
3. Add ability to gather logs and configuration files from .Net

Resolution

An enhancement requested was already raised in order to have full support for NET agent in ACC in our monitoring portfolio, it will be evaluated and put in our backlog to be deployed soon.
