Update ITPAM Dataset URLs

CA Process Automation Base CA Service Management - Service Desk Manager CA Service Desk Manager


We implemented SSL across our service management products (including ITPAM) over the weekend. We've updated the ITPAM global dataset variables and new ITPAM processes are using the updated datasets. 

However, existing ITPAM processes are still using the old non-SSL ports and URLs. Is there a way to update these tickets/processes before they'll fail?

CA Process Automation


  • Suspend the OLD PAM Process. 
  • Reset the JavaScript operator which takes the values from Dataset. 
  • Resume the process. 
  • It will read the values again from dataset and execute from there.
