Issue/Introduction

Reviewing the xcom.log file, the following error is observed:

XCOMU0480W An error occurred attempting to connect to the relational database:

access to the DB2 XCOMHIST database was performed with the following command:

Resolution

Based on the information provided and the fact that this only occurred once, it is believed that the problem is/was an environmental problem when connecting to the database.
