Issue/Introduction

OS upgraded from 2012 to 2016 since then unable to start CA Service Management Search Server service

Environment

Product: CA Service Desk 

Release : 17.3

Resolution

We checked the boot.log file and found 

2022-10-27 09:12:23 Commons Daemon procrun stderr initialized
ERROR: Temporary directory [C:\Users\userid\AppData\Local\Temp\15\elasticsearch] does not exist or is not accessible

We copied the elasticsearch folder from another working env and now SS started
