Issue/Introduction

Subscriptions don't work after moving to new server. The old subscriptions are still showing, but they don't work. This will cause user issues. How do I update the subscriptions to work with the new system? I assume these are on the database and have the old server tied to them. 

Environment

Release : 12.1.6.225

Resolution

The non-functional subscriptions were due to "This account" being selected in the Tomcat 9 service properties definition, "Log On" tab, instead of "Local System Account" 

Selecting "Local System Account" , clicking the Apply button and then recycling Tomcat resolved the problem.
