Error starting RA_FTP Agent post upgrade to 9.4.1

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading our test instance to 9.4.1, the RA_FTP agent does not start. We get the below error when trying to start it up:

startso ftp_agent
  starting agent FTP_AGENT..............................
agent did not start
agent FTP_AGENT did not start at /usr/local/automicp/data/inst.pl line 5739.

CA Automic Applications Manager

Cause

Upgrading RA_FTP agent needs restart of master and the agent.

Resolution

Stop all services on the master, stop the remote agent and restart the master and agent.
