Where is the command "ImportExsportUtil.sh" ?

Issue/Introduction

Before the upgrade to version 14.4 to export the environment we used the importexport utility with the command:

>ImportExportUtil.sh

But this does not exist and the command does not work in version 14.4.x


How do we run the ImportExportUtil in VAPP 14.4?

Release : VAPP 14.4, 14.5

Resolution

We have moved most of the /tools/ content to the VAPP remote tools.  This can be downloaded from the Support Portal, you are looking for: Symantec IGA Virtual Appliance Remote Tools r14.4 GEN0000000004438.zip

You have to run this from the Windows server, but otherwise, the directions from the IDM documentation, Migrate CA Identity Manager Artifacts to Production Environment will allow you to export your environment.
