File Access Exceptions by fingerprint do not trigger correctly when using wild cards

Issue/Introduction

After creating a file access exception using file fingerprint following the instruction in the File Access Exception  document and using wildcards in the file path, the rule disregards the files size and file fingerprint (SHA-256 or MD5 hash) values.
