Issue/Introduction

LDAP Refresh Running Constantly, and LDAP connections are failing. No groups are being updated. This problem is observed after a recent upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2. 

Environment

Release : 4.0.2

Cause

A fix in 4.0.2, see DE510233 on page Resolved Issues in 4.0.2, to resolve another issue could cause a hang, if there was a problem communicating with an LDAP domain after an initial successful connection. Potentially this could affect newer releases as well, specifically 4.0.3, 4.1.0 and 4.1.1, but it has been observed only with 4.0.2 as of October 2022.
