Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to GSS 3.3 RU10 the console requires a reboot 

Environment

Release : 3.3

Cause

In dbmanager.log file seen with:

Resolution

Turn off encryption in the control panel:

1) Open the Symantec Ghost Solution Suite Server Configuration Utility from the Control Panel of the Ghost Solution Suite Server computer. (use view small icons )

2) Click Options, and click the Transport tab.

3) untoggle use Encrypted Sessions

4) restart the altiris services
