CABI Reports Will not Export in any Format They Just Timeout

Issue/Introduction

When trying to export CABI reports (to pdf in this case) a new tab appears and the processing circle just spins for over an hour and it would not finish. 

Environment

Release : 22.2

Resolution

 

Increased apache-tomcat's memory from 6GB to 9GB 

/opt/CA/SharedComponents/CABI/apache-tomcat/bin/setenv.sh

   

restarted tomcat
    cd /opt/CA/SharedComponents/CABI/apache-tomcat/bin/
    ./stopServers.sh tomcat
    ./startServers.sh tomcat

 

After this, the exports started working (even the larger ones)
