EST (Estimated Start Time) incorrectly displayed in Workflow monitor

Article ID: 253143

Updated On:

CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine

The EST (Estimated Start Time) is wrongly calculated in Workflow monitor
1) Task EST inside Workflow displayed in the workflow monitor does not take into account the EET of the last predecessor, which should determine the task Estimated Start Time.
2) Workflow that is generated but is not yet active. All tasks in monitoring view have the same EST.
If you open the same workflow monitor in the preview inside the parent Workflow, the ESTs are different.

Expected behavior:EST should reflect the reality ( EST of succesor should add the EET of ALL predecessor as in best case scenario, it would start when all others have finished)
Actual behavior: see above 2 problems

Release : 12.3.x and 21.0.x

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Fix version:
