uniimpsec 7.0.01 or 6.10.101 fails with Error while reading the xml file

Issue/Introduction

The UVMS command uniimpsec cannot read a xml file anymore, it fails on version 6.10.101 or 7.0.01

Expected behavior: same as previous versions, uniimpsec should be able to read the xml file generated by uniexpsec (that does work fine)
Actual behavior: uniimpsec fails with error below on v7:

"Error while reading the xml file : com.orsyp.central.cli.securitycmd.ExportSecurityObjects"

On 6.10.101 Linux, the error is:

Error while reading the xml file /tmp/group.xml : java.util.Map
