Issue/Introduction

During one of our scheduled system shutdown. The stop command for task SSHD was not issued for almost 2 min after the DESIRED state of the task was set to DOWN and task ended up being in TIMEOUT state holding the other task.

What is the recommended dispatching priority for OPSMAIN?
