Steps to reset Cloud SWG (WSS) Portal Login Password.

Try accessing Web Security Service - Login (threatpulse.com)
When prompted for your password, click the link for "Need help signing in?" and then select "Forgot Password"
Enter your WSS account email address, click next.
After successful verification, you should get a message as below. Check your inbox for password reset instruction.
Mail comes from CustomerSupport@broadcom.com with a password reset link.
Check your inbox. Make sure Your MTA does not block the domain or does not mark it as spam.
In case of not receiving the mail, check with your Mail Admin for email from above email address.
