Issue when we try to connect to CA 7 via ISPF.

The LPAR is not overloaded ,the VTAM node and Ca7 logon Clist definitions all look correct

The Datacom task showed that the LXX area was full.
In this particular case the error was caused by the Datacom LXX area filling.
Ran the spill job (AL2DBSPL) users were then able to logon to CA 7.
