Upgrade Failed to Complete - Proxy Connection

Issue/Introduction

Unable to Upgrade to latest EMP release from 13.6 and older when using Proxy Connection:

Checking Audit Log shows error similar to below:

General error: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='appliance-repo.pm.appneta.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /images/pathview-amd64-13.10.1.53278.tar.xz (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f6b083826d8>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 113] No route to host'))

Environment

Release : EMP 13.6 and older

Cause

This bug was fixed in EMP 13.7.

Bug identified when attempting to update to current release from EMP 13.6 and older through proxy connection. Unable to connect to appliance-repo.pm.appneta.com:443
