Symantec VIP Manager 'Forgot your password' link is missing

Issue/Introduction

The Forgot your password link is missing from the VIP Manager login page. 

Resolution

This Forgot your password link is available when accessing VIP Manager directly in the cloud (https://manager.vip.symantec.com). 

The Forgot your password link is not available when accessing VIP Manager through the VIP Enterprise Gateway IdP portal for SSP.

Direct access to VIP Manager in the cloud (https://manager.vip.symantec.com) can be blocked by adding VIP administrators to a VIP Administrator group where Allow Direct Sign-In is set to No. These group members will receive an error when attempting to log in (or using the password reset) directly in the cloud.
