Not able to edit the Blueprint due to the Error BLP-1601

Issue/Introduction
When I go to the Feature (CIT) blueprint and clicks Edit, it's throwing the below error.
BLP-1601 : A lock exists for this blueprint: BP1041
Environment
Release : 16.0.3
Resolution
After deleting that blueprint record from the PRLOCK table issue was resolved.
