Issue/Introduction

The User Store settings are not imported into the VIP Enterprise Gateway when using the import feature. Other settings are imported.

Cause

The User Store settings are not imported if an existing user store is detected. This is to protect any validation server(s) set to use 'all user stores' from potentially going down if one of the user stores can't connect to LDAP. This also protects the LDAP sync service from being disrupted. 

Resolution

Manually create the user store(s) on the target VIP Enterprise Gateway.
