Error v3APi update a VS with RR pairs

Issue/Introduction

Getting an error trying to update a VS (ATMSearchSwaggerAPI.mar) with RR pairs in a zip file. The zip file works to initially create the service.

Got a NullPointerException error. (API-Error.txt)

Was able to use v3 API to create service from SWAGGER(ATM-SWAGGER-With-Results-2.json) but not able to update same service with v3 API and RR pairs in zip file (ATMSearch.zip)
