Issue/Introduction

The Database Management Post Install task ssid0000 Job finished with RC=08 in step BINDPKGS and the following UNSUCCESSFUL BIND error message.

Resolution

The hlq.CDBADBRM(ROACMAT) member was corrupted.

Probably the hlq.CDBADBRM(ROACMAT) was corrupted after PTF's LU07608 and LU07635 were applied. Checked the *.bin files and the
PTF's were already corrupted, so they were possibly corrupted due to a copy. 
  
Restored the two PTF's and applied them again with the right *.bin file. Now there was a correct DBRM and the LBIND in RC/Query panel has
ended with a RC=00. The Post Install tasks ssid0000 job (Compare Db2 Objects), ssid0001 job (Create Db2 Objects) and ssid0002 job (Bind) ran successfully.
