Issue/Introduction
MIP protected file fails to decrypt and results in a missed detection. Error User does not have rights to consume the content may be reported in the mip debug logs.

Cause
User does not have rights to consume the content.
Resolution
Additional permissions and configuration may be required to resolve the error.
Review Enabling MIP on the Azure portal for detection servers regarding additional Content.SuperUser permissions.
Additionally, review Authorizing Symantec Data Loss Prevention on the Microsoft Azure portal to configure UnifiedPolicy.Tenant.Read and UnifiedPolicy.User.Read permissions.
