Issue/Introduction

Microsoft Outlook on macOS is stripping attachments from email upon sending them

Environment

Release : 15.8 MP3

Cause

This issue occurs whether or not the DLP macOS Endpoint Agent and Outlook On send add-in are installed and is unrelated to the DLP Agent. In addition the issue is intermittent in nature and cannot be reproduced reliably.

Resolution

As this is not an issue related to the DLP Endpoint agent, it is an issue that needs to be reported directly to Microsoft for troubleshooting.
