Attribute value in hours - export to csv in seconds

Issue/Introduction

An attribute defined in hours is correctly displayed on Modern UX in hours, but exported to CSV in seconds.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Add an attribute of Data Type "Time-varying" on the Project object in Studio.

2. Select it to be displayed in Hours (Time-varying Data Units).

3. Configure the API Attribute ID to have it available in the Modern UX.

4. On the Modern UX, add the attribute to be displayed on a Grid (as in the Projects Grid, select the column for the Attribute)

5. Add some values to the attribute on some instances of Projects.

6. The values is correctly displayed in Hours.

7. Export to CSV the list/grid.

Expected Results: The values for the attribute are exported in Hours.
Actual Results: The values for the attribute are exported in Seconds.

Release : 16.0.3

Cause

This has been reviewied by SE as DE67189.

Resolution

A fix for this will be included in release 16.1.1 and 16.0.3.6.
