Cause

The users accessing Sysview through VTAM or CICS must have the GSVX facility in the security record.

The SRC/DRC   *1C*-06   means:

1C=ACCESS NOT AUTHORIZED

06 = FACILITY <        > NOT AUTHORIZED FOR YOUR USE

Listing the user TST001 and a user who can access through VTAM and CICS it is possible to see that the successful user has FAC(GSVX) in one of the profiles.

Resolution

Add a Top Secret facility for users who cannot access through CICS or VTAM.

TSS ADD(TST001) FAC(GSVX)
