Users that are able to log in to Sysview via TSO are unable to do so via either VTAM or CICS interfaces.
They receive the message GSVX492A Logon credentials invalid.

Listing the user TST001 and a user who can access through VTAM and CICS it is possible to see that the successful user has FAC(GSVX) in one of the profiles.
Add a Top Secret facility for users who cannot access through CICS or VTAM.
