MUX - When attempting to filter by Default Allocation under Staff tab for a project it is not returning any records.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to filter by Default Allocation attribute under Staff tab in the project it is not returning any results.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to MUX
2. Navigate to Projects
3. Open a project and click on Staff tab
4. Try to filter by Default Allocation and observe no records returned.

Note: It is not available for filter in Classic and perhaps it should not be in MUX too

Expected Results: It should be returning records meeting the filter condition. 

Actual Results: It does not return any records.

Environment

Release : 16.0.1, 16.1.0

Resolution

DE67176, Due to some other work in the area this is no longer reproducible in 16.1.1 version.
