Issue/Introduction

Windows job is ending FAULT_OTHER - Start impossible. Other error.

Details show:
U00064019 The Automation-Engine is not configured correctly for using the external password.

All users are unable to run this job, regardless of permissions

Environment

Release : 12.3, 21.0

Cause

Login object has a password vault selected that is not AutomationEngine and the system is not set up to use the password vault selected

Resolution

Check the Password Vault setting on the Log object.

If your company is not using a Password Vault or the system is not setup for the specific Password Vault selected, change this to AutomationEngine and enter a password.
