Issue/Introduction

We recently upgraded our TDM Portal from version from 4.9.1 to 4.10.88. Now we're not able to assign Connection Profiles to User Groups. When we add a User Group to the connection profile, and click the Done button, the change is not saved.

Environment

Release : TDM Portal 4.10.81.0 - 4.10.111.0

Resolution

This is resolved in TDMWeb-4.10.112.0

The fix is available at https://ftp.broadcom.com/user/downloads/pub/TDM/TDMPortal/TDMWeb-4.10.112.0.zip.

With this new patch, any change in connection profile has to be saved by clicking on the "Save" icon in the upper right-hand corner.
The "Done" button doesn't save anything (it'll only warn that there is some unsaved change)!

Additional Information

If you are unable to upgrade TDM Portal at this time, there is a simple workaround:

After modifying the User Group assignments, edit the Connection Profile (by clicking on the pencil icon) and change any field to enable the saving icon (the green floppy). To prevent saving some unwanted information, you'll need to revert the change to the original value before saving the change. The saving icon stays enabled even though there is no real change (except for the user groups).
