Issue/Introduction

While attempting to launch the Network Flow Analysis Console installer or upgrade, you may run into this error message even if running with an administrator privilege user and / or right clicking and running as administrator which closes out the installer.

Cause

-Check UAC Settings

-Try rebooting

Resolution

In one case, an error such as this was resolved by disabling UAC as described here:

In an other case, this popup went away after rebooting and re-running the install wizard.
