Secure account access for the Quarantine Portal by meeting these specific complexity and character requirements.

Resolution

For ClientNet service user:

• A new password must contain at least 1 numeric character
• A new password must contain at least 1 non-alphanumeric character
• A new password must contain at least 8 characters
• A new password must contain at least 1 uppercase character
• A new password must contain at least 1 lowercase character
• A new password must contain at most 25 characters

For Quarantine Portal, the Maximum is 30 characters and policy can be defined in the portal
