No Data Showing In Experience or Agent View

Issue/Introduction

In experience view on homepage "No traffic". In Agent View agents show connected but no data. Why are metrics not showing? No application changes since it last worked.  

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Resolution

Base on the following error from your log file, I found the cause of the problem to be related to the DB.
