SYSVIEW IMSNODES screen - Incorrect values in some columns

Issue/Introduction

"The IMSNODES screen is reporting incorrect values for the "Queue" and "Deq" columns. The value in the Queue column is incorrect and that should be the DEQ column value. The Queue column should be zero, unless there are actual transactions that are queued. 

Environment

Sysview Release : 16.0

Cause

Information of IMSNODES "Queue" and "Deq" are with the positions swapped
