Is Oracle 19.11.x supported for Domain Manager installation?

Issue/Introduction

The documentation specifies that Oracle 19.3 only is supported:

Manager and Server Support

No further information is given on this.

Resolution

The Supportability Matrix specifies only major release support, which is 19.3, but on this case, Oracle 19.11.x is the standard 19.3 but with a patch installed.

As example, Oracle version 19.11.0.0.210420 corresponds to 19.3 with patch 32545013 installed on top of it.

Having said this, since release 19.3 (major version) is supported, 19.11.x it's also supported, which is only an increase of the lower version of Oracle Server.
