Banner is not showing message when the time period is closed on virtual timesheet

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: Banner is not showing message when the time period is closed on virtual timesheet 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity with appropriate rights 
2. Ensure there are some closed time periods 
3. On the closed time periods --> timesheets ensure to have Virtual timesheet 

Expected Results: Display a banner about the timesheet (Actual & Virtual)

Actual Results: Banner is displayed on time period and not timesheet

Resolution

This is reported as DE67016 is fixed in 16.1.0.

The actual Timesheet Status will appear for a Timesheet in a Closed period on the carousel and the 'Time Period is Closed' banner will appear for the actual or virtual Timesheets.
