RHDCSRTT ENVNAME SECBY=OFF or INTERNAL usage

Issue/Introduction
Currently, there is an RHDCSRTT for each of the IDMS environments with mainly only the difference of the ENVNAME parm.
All of them have the SECBY statement either OFF or INTERNAL, does the ENVNAME play a role?
Could it be omitted to have only 1 RHDCSRTT for all the environments?

Resolution
If all RESTYPES are SECBY=INT or SECBY=OFF, then yes ENVNAME would not be used for anything.
It is something users can use for External Resource name construction.
