We have a second instance of SOI configured in ODC. I am trying to login in to the UI server to get to the administration pages so I can reverse engineer its configuration.
I have tried our service accounts and specific AD accounts, but it will not allow me to log in. Wondering if there is a way to reset an admin user or if Broadcom has a back door user to get in.

The reason he could not login using his AD account was because no accounts besides samuser were in any SOI Groups.
Once we were able to login to SOI using samuser, he was able to add his AD account to the administrator group.
Now he is able to login using his AD account.
