What is the status of the Apache Commons Text Vulnerability as it pertains to Rally and Rally Adapter for Jira?

Resolution

We are in the process of investigating the impact of this vulnerability as it pertains to Rally.

Rally Adapter for Jira is not affected by this vulnerability.
