Could not load columns error when changing views

Issue/Introduction

You are receiving error "Could not Load Columns" when navigating different saved views in the Modern UX (MUX).

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to MUX
2. Click Ideas
3. Go to grid view
4. Change the view

Expected Results - The view is updated to the view you selected

Actual Results - Error 'Could not load columns' appears, view does not change

Environment

Release : 16.0.2

Cause

Resolution

This has been fixed in 16.0.3

Workaround - 

A hard refresh will update the new view
