New HAF file to configure HMC monitoring

Issue/Introduction

While adding a (new) HMC to Hardware Automation Facility (HAF) Monitoring, the Configuration Manager is requesting hwmcawin_2021_01_11_18_45_06.HAF which is not included in the installation. 
Selected were the latest hwmcawin.dll downloaded from IBM which requires a new HAF file.

Environment

Release : 11.7

Cause

IBM created a new hwmcawin.dll at Jan 11, 2021.. 
hwmcawin.exe and hwmcawin.lib remain the same date as before, Oct 15 2019..

Resolution

New HAF delivered called hwmcawin_2021_01_11_18_45_06.HAF
