Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to expose scalability to the internet?
We require to take remote access to the machines that are not in the user's network

 

Environment

Release  14.5.CU1

Resolution

'Expose' something to the internet is not a Client Automation configuration, if the network admin enables internet access on the Scalability Server, it will be exposed.
But again, that's not Client Auto's configuration.


If the remote control is needed using ITCM's RC against a machine, that machine has to have RC Agent installed., and also be configured to be connected to a Scalability Server.
