Change GSO record before IPL when ACF2 is down

Issue/Introduction

How to avoid an extra IPL that to change a GSO record like a override DD for GSO OPTS when ACF2 is down.

Release : 16.0

Resolution

In order to change a GSO record in the ACF2 INFOSTG database ACF2 need to be up. There is no way to override GSO settings during an IPL. If the ACF2 databases are shared with another system then sites can do the CHANGE of a GSO record based on the SYSID before the target system that uses that SYSID is IPL'd.
