Issue/Introduction

You notice that the SEP security log entries for Chrome Browser protection, display N/A for the URL category, similar to the below entry.

 

[SID: 60501] URL reputation: Browser navigation to known bad URL attack blocked. Traffic has been blocked for this application: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

URL: http://testrating.webfilter.bluecoat.com/Malicious%20Sources/Malnets?locale=en_US
Intensive Protection level: Level 1

Environment

Release : 14.3 RU3

Cause

SEP Components did not report the URL information and category.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in 14.3 RU 5.
