Issue/Introduction

How do your fetch a statistics monitoring report for Content Analysis device on Management Center?

Resolution

 

• Statistics monitoring on management center is not supported for CAS devices and is applicable only for proxysg device. Refer here
• When you try to add the proxySG on management center, you will get the option to enable 'collect statistics for this device

 

• This is not seen for CAS, hence MC will not be able to pull statistics reports for CAS

• If you want to view the CAS statistics, you can go to network, select the CAS device and go to statistics

• Moreover, the parameters that you see in Statistics Monitoring Report on MC are proxy specific

 

• Some of the reporting options you have on CAS are explained in the document here

 

• SNMP can be used for fetching historical data.  Refer below documents
