Are there any technical reasons to have the TSS.CAKOLINK or CAKOLPA DSN in the STC JCL for Roscoe?

They contain external programs for users of ETSO, user or other product written monitors. 

Example:  TSS.CAKOLINK could contain a top secret, TSS, supplied monitor, RSSCTSS0 and associated modules for TSS monitor to all Roscoe users to issue TSS commands.
