Issue/Introduction

Entering option TT for Thread Term/Dynam DSNZPARM on the Database Management Solutions for Db2 for z/OS menu receives message:

TT570E Control file allocate failed; S99RSC = 035C0002

Environment

 

Resolution

 The TTCFPARM member is not in the hlq.CDBAPXMP file or the TTCFPARM does not have a control file specified.

1. If the TTCFPARM member is not in hlq.CDBAPXMP, copy the member into the dataset.
2. Within member TTCFPARM if there is no control file dataset (CDSN), review the documentation below to allocate the control file and add it to the member:
