Error: "Error while parsing .pkg: Failed to load 7z.dll, file is missing in local directory ..." while importing the SEP Agent for MacOS into the SMP Console

Issue/Introduction

Installed the ULM Update from KB article CUMULATIVE POST ITMS 8.6 RU2 POINT FIXES and having issues with the SEP Agent for MacOS importing into the SMP Console.   

This error is seen in the SMP Logs are:

Error while parsing .pkg: Failed to load 7z.dll, file is missing in local directory or in 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Altiris\7z.dll' dir.

Environment

ITMS 8.x

Resolution

Added the NTFS permissions for Everyone to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Altiris and this allowed the Import to complete successfully.

NOTE: It was later found that the App ID did have Full Control of this folder previously, so is isn't known why this worked.
