10.8 Upgrade asking for a 10.7 HF84 hot fix

CA Application Performance Management (APM / Wily / Introscope)

Issue/Introduction

We are in process of upgrading out CA Introscope APM 10.7 SP3 EM and Collectors to APM10.8 Version.

While performing the upgrade, it is asking for a prerequisite.

 

Upgrade Eligibility Check

-------------------------

The selected folder is not eligible to be upgraded, because it contains

Introscope version 10.7 but has not been upgraded to 10.7 HF 84. This

installer can be used to upgrade from 10.7 HF 84 only.
