Issue/Introduction

Following messages are from a recent ssg log, we do not know the reason and how to address them, please advise. 

2022-10-03T14:23:19.506-0400 WARNING 52 com.l7tech.external.assertions.ratelimit.server.ServerRateLimitAssertion: Provider with name ssgdb cannot be found. Assertion will not work.

 

 

Environment

Release : 10.1

Cause

Does not look like gateway application was completely shut down before patch install started, during the patch update this error was logged.

Process controller patch log FINISHED @ 14:20.02:

Resolution

This issue was resolved with a restart of the gateway 

Patch was installed OKAY 

Error no longer occurring
